Earlier in the year, we heard news of the famous Five Guys burger chain from the US is making its way to our shores.
Now, despite the current pandemic situation, Taco Bell is opening in Malaysia very soon as they revealed their first outlet will be located at Cyberjaya.
Their website did not reveal the exact opening date and address of the outlet but they have opened up applications to join their team. Those interested can submit their details via their web form as they are looking for full time and part time staff! The franchise holder for both Malaysia and Singapore is Disruptive Concepts Restaurant Group.
Think Cyberjaya is too far cause you’re lazy to drive all the way there?
Don’t worry, they will also be opening an outlet at Tropicana Gardens Mall in Kota Damansara!
The Taco Bell brand is under Yum! Brands who also owns KFC and Pizzahut. Whereas in Malaysia, KFC and Pizzahut are managed under QSR Brands who have the operation rights for restaurants in Singapore, Cambodia and Brunei.
We’ve seen them exit the Singaporean market in 2009. Do you think Taco Bell will be successful in Malaysia this time around?
Don’t say we bojio!
