Due to the radical change of political situation in Malaysia right now, journalists were "camping" outside the Istana Negara early in the morning to bring the latest updates for the people.
It is not an easy job. Do remember we are in Malaysia.
The sun kills! DAMN HOT, my friends.
Even in the morning, we will hide under our roof, getting ourselves a chill.
But the journalists were waiting outside the Istana Negara from 7am.
On 24 FEB afternoon, Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah (YDPA) had sent the palace team to hand out boxes of KFC.
But the good deed from YDPA didn't stop there.
The next afternoon on 25 FEB, YDPA repeated the good deed once again at Istana Negara Gate 2 around 1pm.
But, this time, it's McDonald's!
YDPA handed over bags of McDonald's to the journalists by himself and he told the people to calm down.
"We are very concerned... just be patient. First of all, let me do the duty."
"I hope we will find the best solution for the country."
YDPA also took French Fry and ate it while he was passing the food.
"Sedap. I'm hungry."
YDPA left the scene in a white car shortly after he passed the food.
Journalists received the kindness thanked YDPA for his concern on the media via their twitter.
